Domestic orders are handled by the United States Postal Service or UPS, which would normally be determinded on the total amount of your purchase. Domestic shipping includes the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. You may select from Standard (5-10 days) or Expedited (3-5 days). Expedited orders placed before 1PM Eastern Time will be shipped the following business day if placed on the weekend. Items in the category of pre-order can take between 10-21 business day to be delivery. Please, allow two business day at least for your order to be processed**
Some packages may require a signature and will not be released without someone signing for it. The delivery of your package may be delayed if no one is present to receive your packet. Please understand that you may expect some delays during holidays, bad weather, and or long weekends.
After the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your placed order at the email address provided on your order. Usually, items on our store are in stock and can be shipped promptly, and there are also items that will be available only by pre-order and would typically say out of stock when an attempt to chose it. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified and we'll either give you choices for similar items or refund for the out of stock item. If you experience a long wait on an item, please allow us to assist you by tracking your order but knowing that your item will arrive.
Please arrange to be present or have someone over 18 at the time of delivery, USPS will not handle claims for lost packages if the system shows the order as "Delivered." You have the option to request a signature service for a small fee, which will give you the peace of mind of getting your order; especially when your package is not safe to be left, like in the case of apartment buildings or areas with a reputation of missing or stolen packages. PLEASE, INCLUDE ALL YOUR INFORMATION INCLUDING YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER TO AVOID DELAYS ON THE SHIPPING. MAKE SURE YOUR INFORMATION IS COMPLETE AND ACCURATE.
