Return Policy

Please, use our contact card for further return details. We will provide instruction to process the return further, along with what follows after receiving the item. We will issue a store credit for unused, clean, and free of odor articles with its original tags. 

RETURN POLICY IS AS FOLLOW:

Please read our return policy carefully: 

*We only accept exchanges at this time. 

* You have 15 days to send back unworn, unwashed items (WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS) Items on-sale are final, NO RETURNS ACCEPTED 

**Please note: All items shipped have already gone through quality inspection.

* Items cannot be accepted if they have stains, makeup, or if worn.

* Swimwear, lingerie, makeup, and sleeping garments are not eligible to be returned.

*You will need to cover return fees and provide a tracking number to us.

*Lotus Glam won't be responsible for items lost in the mail, therefore please keep your return proofs.

*Returns are processed in the form of store credit, once we receive your returned package we will issue store credit.

*Please allow between 10-25 business days for items marked as pre-order to arrive.

*Please, make sure that you read the whole description of the item before you place an order, we have items that are BY PRE-ORDERS therefore; these items will take a little longer to be delivered. You can reassured that your purchase will be received however we will not issue a refund for items that aren't yet delivered. 

Please, understand pictures are to provide an idea of what the product looks like. Make sure you order based on the variant description and not solely based on the pictures, colors may vary due to screen lighting. Lotus Glam takes pride in providing an accurate description of our merchandise, we under no circumstances make a false advertisement. So, please make sure you double-check the intended item to be order.
